With more than 16 years of experience in ecommerce, marketplace operations, and affiliate marketing, Michael oversees the systems, partnerships, payment operations, analytics, and platform infrastructure that support millions of members and hundreds of retail partners.
Throughout his career, he has helped scale high-growth digital businesses, including Rakuten and Kobo, while leading major initiatives such as the launch of Rakuten's Gift Card Shop and the integration of strategic partnerships like Scene+.
